What is this project about?

Project 'I present myself' will meet a need of young people from Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine of 'how to present myself in different situations'. The goal of the project is to acquire skills through organization and participation in workshops, during which we will learn from each other how to present ourselves in front of a group of people, how to prepare an attractive CV and cover letter, how to present arguments in a discussion and how to deal with stress, which often does not allow us to present what we know.

At the same time, we want to popularize methods of non-formal education which we know and give others a chance to use them. During the project, therefore, we will get profits and also our partner schools because young people will show how these methods can add variety to lessons. Thus, we enrich our daily education with new solutions.

All participants will raise their competences. Project preparation, various workshops and then joint dissemination activities will be a source of experience for us. Our entire group are people with fewer opportunities. The structure of our project ensures the creation of a homogeneous group in which there will be no divisions.

People with disabilities, people in a difficult economic situation and those with geographical obstacles will get a chance to develop and be active, which will affect their development, increase the chances on the labor market and the effectiveness of presenting their skills in official situations. We enrich our environment and make a lasting change for the better.

Through this we will show Europeans the positive strength of the international youth group and its active action. Young people from three countries have created a project structure that includes many social groups in action. This makes it a positive example of active citizenship, intercultural dialogue and social inclusion. We will deepen our cooperation with partners.

This is not our first joint action. We are an example of the fact that established partnerships can efficiently develop in a friendly atmosphere based on the ideas of young people. Joint action brings better results than acting alone. Innovative methods of nonformal education are attractive, and at the same time teach a lot through fun. We advertise them in a formal education environment. Thanks to this, we will increase the importance of non-formal education.
